Refund & Cancellation Policy

• New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial of the full workspace.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.
• At the end of the trial, the plan you selected begins: $14.99 per month or $149 per year.

Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly, according to the plan you chose — until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file on the renewal date.

Open the Billing page and choose Manage Subscription to cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

• Cancelling stops all future renewals.
• Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You can resubscribe later; you are not required to start over.

When paid access ends, nothing you have written is deleted. Your library, studies, sermons, lessons and plans remain readable. Only creating, editing and the AI study partner pause until a subscription is active again.

Because the free trial lets you evaluate the whole workspace before paying, charges are generally non-refundable. As a courtesy, a refund request made within 7 days of your first paid charge may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request one, write to daryl@rayofhopeministryrelief.org from your account email with the date of the charge and a short note about what did not work for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

If a renewal payment fails, your account is marked past due and we retry for a short period. Update your card through Manage Subscription to restore access. Content remains intact throughout.
